KWJewels offers the following method for payment. All transactions are in Australian Dollars.

Direct Deposit

The most secure method of payment is via direct deposit into our bank account. After making a direct deposit, please email details or attach a copy of the deposit slip with the email. As this is a more secure method, particularly with items of higher value, we highly recommend this mode of payment.
Please also remember to include your full name with the deposit description so we know exactly who the payment is from.

Delivery

Your jewellery will arrive beautifully gift boxed & delivered by a secure service (within Australia Registered Mail) & fully insured. All orders will require a signature upon delivery from the purchaser themselves.

Overseas deliveries: Any duty & taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

KWJewels offers their customers a 30 day money back guarantee for goods returned within 30 days of purchase, in their original packaging & condition with original receipt.

If for any reason your purchased item is not quite what you were after, we are happy to refund the full purchase price (excluding postage) or exchange. Simply email kwjewels@gmail.com to obtain a Return Number (RN). Once confirmed and RN number received, post the item back to us at
