KWJewels attempts to showcase the jewellery in photographs as accurately as possible; as well as describing in written context. If you have a specific enquiry, or would like to see more photographs of a particular piece; this information can be provided on request.
KWjewels takes no liability for the contents of any other website you may access from our website.
Whilst KWJewels is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, we at KWJewels are pleased to offer our clients a 30 day money back guarantee (freight component is non-refundable). This is provided the goods have not been used and are in their original packaging with original receipt. However, we ask you to please choose carefully and confirm that you have read the full terms and conditions before making any purchases through our website.

KWJewels will refund or return goods in the case of damages. In which case you are required to contact us as soon as possible, after receiving the package or shipment.
In the case of packages arriving visibly damaged, please get proof from postal authorities and contact us straight away so we are able to resolve the issue and confirm whether or not the piece has been damaged in transit, or if it is only exterior damage to the parcel. KWJewels will return or refund damaged goods within a reasonable period of time after purchase. This type of refund will only be applicable where there is a manufacturing defect or fault. KWJewels is not required to provide a refund if the goods have been damaged by being used in a negligent manner, or damaged in any other way by the customer. The damage to the piece must be proven to be a manufacturing fault. In this case we are able to provide the option of repair to most pieces. However, there may be some pieces of jewellery that cannot be repaired.
